View the details of your marketables Purchase Express transaction.
Purchase Express allows you to quickly purchase securities using your preferred registration and primary bank information or debit your bank account to fund your Zero-Percent C of I. If you purchase a Note, Bond, or TIPS, your Maturity and Interest Payment Destination(s) will be automatically designated as your primary bank information, too. Simply select the Product Type, fill in the Amount, click Buy Now, and TreasuryDirect does the rest. The Purchase Express Review page shows all the details of your purchase. Just click Submit and you're done. If you change your mind, select Cancel. Use the Buy Direct tab to purchase multiple securities with a different registration or another financial institution.
Security purchases are generally issued to your TreasuryDirect account within one week of the auction close.
By clicking "Submit" you agree to the following:
- I authorize the Bureau of the Public Debt to debit and/or credit the account at the financial institution shown above.
- I certify that all of the other information on this form, including information about the account at a financial institution, is true, correct and complete.
- I certify that I am authorized to perform transactions for the account at the financial institution listed above.
- I understand that the price for my security purchase will be determined at auction through competitive bidding, and that the final price will not be known until after the auction is completed. I agree to pay this purchase price, which could be less than (a discount), more than (a premium), or equal to the principal amount I indicated above.
- I understand that the availability of my security purchase is subject to change. I acknowledge that the Bureau of the Public Debt reserves the right to change my requested purchase date or cancel my purchase request based on this availability.
- I acknowledge that the Bureau of the Public Debt will place certain restrictions on my ability to transfer this security for at least 45 calendar days after it is issued into my account.
You may purchase up to $5 million of each security type (Bill, Note, Bond, or TIPS) in a single auction.
