Military Safekeeping for Savings Bonds
Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)
Active duty members in all military branches can purchase paper savings bonds through payroll allotment deductions. You may request that your bonds be held in safekeeping until you request them rather than having the bonds issued and mailed directly to you.
