OTC Direct
OTC Direct is a web-based system for selling U.S. savings bonds and other Treasury securities through a link to Treasury’s website.
OTC Direct will introduce your customers to TreasuryDirect, which allows investors to purchase electronic Treasury securities (including savings bonds) online directly from Treasury.
If your customers are interested in paper savings bonds, OTC Direct offers that option as well, with payment by ACH debit. This cuts your processing costs associated with selling paper bonds the traditional way because you no longer have to process or reconcile transactions, and you won’t have to provide customer service for undelivered or lost bonds.
